SEAT Importer in Ukraine integrated EVE.calls into marketing for survey use case, leading to test drives growth 113% MoM
SEAT official importer in Ukraine was launching a new vehicle, Leon 2017. The company was keen to interview customers within a short timeframe to find out what customers liked about previous model aiming to create a marketing campaign for the new product launch.
SEAT marketers created an online survey form with a questionnaire to gather leads for a new model test drive. SEAT started to work with EVE.Calls in May 2017, and less than in two weeks call robot EVE was already calling out SEAT customers to invite them to fill in the survey and offer an incentive. As a pilot, the robot quickly called out two thousand database contacts. Positive results were shown with 13-22% conversion and the robot continued to call all database.
