Alex held regular can't-miss training and seminars on entrepreneurship, business growth, and self-development. But the thing is, attracting listeners still took a great deal of time and effort from his team. Thus, Eve has been put in charge.
Task
The businessman approached EVE.calls as he struggled to attract and engage an audience for his huge Business Behind the Glass course, a 6-month program to hone management skills.
Besides, this case was a real challenge for us, as our task wasn’t just to notify people about the course and discount. We had to ignite their interest and encourage them to buy.
Action plan
Together with Alex’s team, we came to a decision the businessman should speak to his potential trainees directly. The idea behind this move was to seize the listeners' attention with an unexpected twist, build more trust in the campaign and enhance the overall impression.
We teamed up with Alex himself and recorded a series of utterances for a scenario. Working on it, we focused on making the speech as life-like as possible. But to do this, we had to pay the most rapt attention to non-verbal aspects, such as pace, intonation, and pausing.
This is how our voice assistant found an approach to a potential course participant. The woman had been told about the New Year's sale on Yanovsky’s business course, and she decided to apply right during the conversation:

Results
In just 10 minutes, Eve managed to reach 1000 people.
The success of this campaign largely lies in the fact that Eve has been integrated into the well-coordinated marketing mix. The clients received a register link right during the call, after which they were driven to a well-designed landing page with all the information on the course. Shortly after that, a manager contacted them to provide a payment link, and the payment itself was quick and easy.
We did an excellent job together: everybody was completely charmed by Alex and many signed up for the course immediately. The call campaign resulted in 31 orders amounting to $7,750.
