Eva, together with MTS, successfully held the New Year's campaign "Call Santa Claus 2019" in Belarus. More than half a million MTS subscribers in Belarus received a pleasant gift - communication with a real grandfather for the New Year. The hotline was available by the unique number "2019", from December 21, 2018 to January 10, 2019. All interested MTS subscribers could call a short number for free and chat with their grandfather. In the dialogue, about 30 dialogue branches were available to subscribers, the grandfather was interested, depending on age, in school performance, or in relationships with loved ones - the dialogue was built as personalized and realistic as possible.

The technology startup EVE.calls was founded in the summer of 2016 by IT entrepreneur Oleksii Skrypka. 

For 2.5 years, more than 6 million calls were made through the service. 

Eva answered both incoming calls and made outgoing calls herself according to predetermined scenarios. 

The service uses the most powerful and accurate recognition systems in the world today and a proprietary NLP response analysis algorithm and demonstrates high results suitable for commercial use in a variety of ways. 

The project was recognized as the best in Europe and the CIS according to Seedstars World 2018 in Switzerland.
